There is the guy and I like him. In the beginning we were getting real close and he was really sweet and openly interested. However and it always happens after we started having sex he slowly put the breaks on this blossoming new romance. He is still really sweet and we talk all the time but I feel like now we are stuck here. We aren't moving in any direction. He is affectionate and is always using terms of endearment with me BUT I don't know if there are any real feelings behind it. I want to b a couple. My friends think I should stop giving him the goods and I think so too but that is only going to make me suffer as well. (Is that the only way?!?!) I think he has gotten comfortable and has put me in convenience land. I need to shock and awe him somehow but I don't know what to do. I am not a needy complainer so I'm not going to start whining about this to him cause all he is going to do is shut down. Anybody else been in this situation? I'd appreciate any advice you got.

We are in our late twenties. We use to go out alot and now not so much. Reason why I feel like he has gotten comfortable. We talk on the phone, hang out and each others house,grab dinner now and again. That's it.

Oh he doesn't call me to come over for sex. We usually end up doing it when we are together. So, No I'm not running over to his house at two in the morning nor is he waking me up in the middle of the night for it. I don't feel he is using me for sex I just think he is either not willing or not wanting to give me more.

Besides the friendship and the sex, are you dating? Going out to dinner, movies, dancing, out with friends? Or are you a booty call? He calls you when he needs sex. You didn't give your ages and that is always important too. Have you talked about being exclusive? Since you are having sex, I don't think that is pushing too hard. I hope either way, you are always having safe sex. Good luck. This is a tough one.

Stop giving 'it' to him. You may suffer as well in the meantime but wouldn't you choose a little suffering now than being devastated later? Your precious body is the ultimate any woman can give to a man. After that, what's left? Do not set yourself up to be continuously used in this 'so-called' relationship. Pin him to the wall, ask questions and if his actions does not back-up his words.....RUN!

Well now sense you had sex with him he fills that there is no other direction, because he got what he wants. Its seem like this guy just want a friends with benefits relationship with you. I know you seemed to care about him, but he doesn't care about you. Move on and next time don't give it up to soon.

Its either he has another girlfriend to give the attention to or he is unappriciative. Either way find out what it is before you stop giving the goods. A guy judges how successful his relationship is by how often he gets the goods.
