what do you like best about your job. what do you hate most about it

I like my job because I get to speak to customers, and since I am a peoples person it makes even more rewarding to provide a decent customer service, and there appreciation is my biggest high of the day and it makes you feel really good. The only downside is that I get overwhelmed of how many customers I speak to and the ranges of queries.
Hate would probably be "trying to Cold Sell a product" I try and avoid this by being upfront and giving them reasons but apart from that I love my job!
