I had the warm chicken salad when i went there last, it was good, but a little too much sauce over it, next time im just going to ask if they can tone it down.
My advice, go for grilled food, soup, fruit, you could even ask for the nutitional values to specific meals, they should have one.

Don't worry, your food will turn up late, cold then wrong so by then it will be closing time and you won't have eaten.
Been FnB's 3 times, 3 different branches, Dudley, MerryHill & Chester... all bad service, food and staff. Don't go, go to a proper restaurant chosen from a recommendation or a review site.

I went to the one at Beckton, London, and the food was terrible.
Late, cold and the spahghetti was like rubber.

Don't go the service is bad the food not great and its over priiced.
Try Ask, Nando's, Buddys Diner or in a worst case scenario TGI Fridays it will be money better spent.

salad, minus the dressing.
Salad's are good for you if there isnt no dressing on it most dressings contain fat.
Spaghetti is full of carbohydrates don't forget =)
