I recently started dating someone and we have hit it off very well so far. We're both in our late 30's and seem to have had our share of ups/downs in past relationships. Its been awhile since I have really clicked with someone like this (mentally and physically) and we are having a great time (he has expressed this to me as well). He found out recently that he may transfer overseas for an opportunity within his company. Its just the beginning stages of the possibility so I guess he has to weigh his options and see where things go, but my heart kind of dropped when he told me since I really like him and would like to see things progress. I know its too soon to express my feelings and I am tryinng to go with the flow and the here and now and "if its meant to be" mentality, but how can I be happy for him and supportive when the smile since we first met is still plastered to my face and I really wouldn't want him to leave?

love can't florish if 2 of u are going different direction. he either stay or u go with him.
its not all bad news. since u just met him, let this be a time of testing, let him go & keep in touch with video internet connections & the phone. see if love grow stronger & the heart grows fonder. if after 6 month or even a year, if u guys r still in love, then u can decide to shift there or him to shift back. test of true love.

God bless & peace, man

Okay, I'm in my late 30's and recently met a wonderful (And I do mean absolutely perfect) woman, also in her 30's. We have hit it off absolutely wonderfully and have developed a great friendship and a smokin hot romance. She recently moved out of country for a bit also. We talk almost every day on the phone (cell phone plans can be cheap). We have emails and message boards that we can communicate on too.

I'll actually venture to say that it has been good becaue we have been forced to develope a true bond that is not based on anything at all physical or monetary.
