There are programs that you can buy to do this. If you know how, you can run their IP address also & see where they are. All kinds of tricks. Just gotta figure it out. --

you have to trace her back through the IP addresses until you get the mac adrress cause IP spoofing will prevent you from really find them based on the IP only
