I have PTSD, and am slowly learning to self-manage my lifestyle around it as a "Disability".

The symptoms of PTSD significantly impair your everyday living. You should definitely seek professional help from a mental health professional. It's nothing to be ashamed of. If you experience trauma, then a person is 34% likely to develop PTSD. Its very common. But if you don't get help you will be dealing with these issues forever. For example a symptom is avoiding cues associated with the trauma. This can become very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also you may already or develop a reexperiencing of the traumatic event. You're life is too important to have to deal with these issue forever. Get help before it begins interfering too much with your life. Treatment for this disorder will be relieving, I promise.
It's not a disability it's a disorder, mental health professionals can help you tremendously with this disorder.

THE DAYS WE ARE LIVING IN,,I think everybody has experienced this at least once..take time to heal from what ever happened to u to cause this and know that this too will pass.take time,dont push urself.but dont stay into it very long,ease back into life.cuz its too short to be unhappy..oh forgiveness is a good start

I believe that I had the same thing after I flipped my truck. You can get a perscription from the Dr to help with it. Just talk to him about it

Keep getting help it is important. are you a veteran? if you are seek help at the VA they are a great organization. good luck and keep talking about stay focused.

my husband had this after he seriously hurt himself at work last year.......he started smoking pot,works great and the problem as subsided.
