Try an ad in the paper. Just a piece of advice you should charge something for the puppies even if it is only like 10 bucks. Animal abusers go around and try to find the free to a good home type animals.

80% of all "free to good home" kittens and puppies DO NOT find good homes
some are taken by nice looking families who then sell them to research labs.. some are taken and used to train illegal fighting dogs how to kill.. some are taken by people who dont have landlord permission and are soon abandoned.. some run away and the person just goes and gets another free pup rather than looking for the one they lost or paying to bail it out of the pound

how are you going to know if the home is good?? are you going to do home checks? are you going to make sure the people have a fence? are you going to call them up 3 months later to check that the pup is ok? are you going to have a contract??

if you really want to make sure they find good homes - take them to the SPCA or similar adoption facility who can screen potential new owners and who will say NO to anybody who has a history of not being a good pet owner...

then spay your dog.. a good owner wouldnt have had a litter of pups in the first place...

Try putting an add on Craigslist.com. You should charge a little something for them to be sure they get a good home. People who abuse and neglect animals Usually won't pay for them, they look for the Free to good home ones. Also ask your vet if you can put up a flyer. People who take their pets to the vet are caring pet lovers. Also...PLEASE, have your dog spayed. Too many unwanted puppies already.

Try the Humane Society. They will provide good homes for the puppies.

Most Newspapers will run an ad for free if you are giving the pups away. Try calling your local newspaper and find out. Also you could make up some flyers and put up in your local grocery store they usually have a board for that sort of thing. Also put up flyers at your local pet stores.
