Oh My God! Absolutely positively now not!!!! And i'm not saying this on account that i am a chocolate freak. One day-to-day ounce of good dark chocolate with a low sugar content material is just right for the heart. Now not KIDDING, either!!! After I say excellent chocolate i'm not talking about that nasty Hershey's, which is more often than not sugar. Get something like Godiva which fairly focuses on simply chocolate. Do not get the milk chocolate cuz that as a rule has sugar too. Dove has a good dark chocolate too. Should you cant find that, i might even go so far as to have one little rectangular of dark baking chocolate day-to-day. In the event you have got to have your chocolate sweet but want the wellbeing advantages, sprinkle somewhat synthetic sweetener or Stevia on it. That works for me!!

Oh My God! Absolutely definitely NOT!!!! And I am now not pronouncing this in view that I am a chocolate freak. One every day ounce of well darkish chocolate with a low sugar content material is GOOD for the center. NOT KIDDING, EITHER!!! When I say well chocolate I am now not speakme approximately that nasty Hershey's, that's on the whole sugar. Get anything like Godiva which quite makes a speciality of simply chocolate. Don't get the milk chocolate cuz that traditionally has sugar too. Dove has a well darkish chocolate too. If you cant uncover that, i would even pass as far as to have one little rectangular of darkish baking chocolate daily. If you MUST have your chocolate candy however desire the well being advantages, sprinkle slightly synthetic sweetener or Stevia on it. That works for me!!

If all you eat is chocolate then yes, it is bad for you. If you aren't diabetic, then you will be with that diet. Chocolate can be good for you in moderation, but you have to have a balanced diet to retain your strength. I can't believe that your body has sustained for so long on chocolate alone. If you don't already have permanent damage consider yourself lucky and take it down a notch with the 10 chocolates a day. It's bad for your body, and it's bad for your figure. Don't be afraid to eat real food, except fast food, chocolate is much better for you than fast food. Happy eating!

Eating any sweets like that every day is not good for you - the results after a regular diet of them will show up pretty quickly I do believe. It isn't the chocolate as much as the sugar that goes along with it.. Of course, you probably wouldn't be as thrilled about the taste of chocolate without the sugar added to it.

Actually, No, eating chocolate is not bad for you. Chocolate is good for you. Chocolate has a chemical in it that scientifically makes your mood feel better, and chocolate is good for your bloodstream and heart. The chemical that your body naturally produces when you have the feeling of being in Love..is the chemical that is in chocolate.( i don't know the name of the chemical) I gotta look that up on a search engine. Go ahead and keep eating your chocolate and eat more dark chocolate and not so much milk chocolate. Dark chocolate has more antioxidants and immune builders in it. YUMMY.

There is nothing wrong with eating chocolate: I'm rather fond of chocolate myself. In fact, some chocolates are even beneficial.
However, you had better make sure you are eating a balanced diet. Eating only chocolate will make you sick.
Now, if you mean that you eat only chocolate as a snack or desert, rather than as your whole diet- again, there is nothing wrong.

Chocolate by itself is good. But the sugar that is in commercial chocolate bars & chocolate drinks ... bad.
If you just eat chocolate & have a sweet tooth, very likely you cant digest sugar. As such, you body crave for more sugar.
In the long run, it is really bad for your health. Take care. See a nutritionist or enzyme therapist.

That is bad. Everything in moderation. No food is bad for you if you have it in moderation. If you only eat chocolate your body is suffering. It is not getting any nutrients or anything from just chocolate. Your teeth will also suffer.

Regular chocolate is bad, but dark chocolate is good. I love chocolate too but I cant have sugar so, damn! I dont like the dark chocolate, so I dont eat it, but if you like it, thats the one to eat. Its full of antioxidants, which is great for the heart.
