Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate mousse that does NOT contain raw eggs?

Yup, easy. Whip heavy cream, melt your chocolate, and add the whipped cream slowly to the chocolate, in at least 3 or 4 parts, blending after each addition.
The first addition of cream will melt into the chocolate, don't worry, it serves to even out the temperatures, by the last addition your mousse will be light and mousse-y!

I've made fake-out mousse using just melted chocolate (semisweet chips are my preference) and heavy whipping cream. Just beat it with a mixer (this takes a LONG time) until light and fluffy.

Just substitute heavy WHIPPED cream for the eggs. I use to do the reverse (subbed eggs (even just egg whites) for the whipped cream) and it works just fine.
