oh for the love of god what is wrong with all you people, get an education. your ears, earlobes and nose do not grow throughout life, they stop growing when the rest of your body does. the earlobes in older people may look bigger because they are just skin, and skin sags as you get older, they may sag more if you have worn earring throughout your life

Not just the ear lobes, but both of your entire ears keep growing. So does your knows. They both are not made out of bone, that's why it still has shape, but is a bit squishy.
Ear lobes though, can 'grow' more by wearing heavy ear rings or weights (why someone would I dunno, but it's supposed to be auspicious to some Chinese). The cartilage and skin get stretched and they lengthen, so they don't really grow, but they can become bigger, though it's quite unsightly.
Hope this answers your question :)

When I was in School I remember one of my teachers saying that the two things that keep growing through out your life are you nose and you ears.

relies upon how long you have had them gauged, i could say...nicely, i'm useful it varies for various people. a million 3/4 is enormous. My ears have been in trouble-free terms at 00s...for approximately 8 months. once I took them out, after some months they have been given smaller...to a 6 for a month or so, then to a 10 for somewhat greater. for a protracted time, they only stayed 10-12, merely great adequate for me to slip a taper in if i wanted...ultimately i ended gauging them altogether. i could say it took me in step with risk a 12 months for my ears to start looking wide-spread lower back (sixteen-18, wide-spread for me). I even have heard that if the ears do no longer heal to a sufficiently small length that folk are transforming into them stitched up.

Your ears and nose both continue to grow till you die. Look at your parents and compare with a photo of when they were younger.

Only if you are British. For everyone else, only the hairs continue to grow.

LOLOL! Good one. It would appear so, because older folks sure do have large ones. You wouldn't think a little flap of skin would sag so bad.
