I started having symptoms of FMS around 1998 but didn't get a definitive diagnosis until a little over two years ago, and I've only found real pain relief the past year or so. I take 800 mg. of Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime, just so I'll be able to walk the next day, and I take tablets of Arnica, a homeopathic herb, as needed for flareups. Check out the links below for information. I hope you find relief.

My wife has had some success with Guaifenesin, although it is a long, hard battle. You have to get worse before you get better, and you have to avoid using certain products that block the effectiveness of the drug, but overall is seems to work. I'll give you a link for more info.

i have it and dang it hurts a lot.

i think i got it from getting very bad broncitis, all the stuff i have read online/offline say its trigged by infection or like a car crash.

basically its that when we are in pain(a healthy person) we get a bit of soreness which is from the brain telling is

but with fibomyalgia the wires are kinda crossed and instead the brain thinks we are in trouble which makes the pain go off the scale.

i have a lot of pain in my back in my shoulder blade erea and i am sick of it.

try going to a search engine like www.google.com so you can read about it more.

My friend in highschool had it. She stayed home for a year because of it, but then it apparently improved and she was able to come back. Wish I could help. Best wishes and good luck.

Yes I do. Is that all you wanted to ask? I don't mean to sound sarcastic, it just seems like a pointless question without any more info.
