If you excercise daily, and drink gallons and gallons of water. It speeds up your metabolism, extends the "burn" you feel after you work out, keeps your body burning more calories after your workout . . .BUT there are many many downsides. I've been taking hydroxycut hardcore for about 3 months now and I'm used to it, but I drink 2.5-3 gallons of water a day, I run daily, and I eat right. It's not a miracle pill, but if you use it in conjuction with other healthy habits, you'll be fine.

I don't recommend it if you have bad reactions to coffee, sugar, or trouble sleeping, or poor temperment. It can make you go crazy too, believe me - NEVER EVER exceed the recommended dosage on the bottle. You could always try Ripped Fuel, that's a little less rough. And if anyone in your family has ever had a history of heart problems/irregularities - avoid this stuff all together.

Yes it does. I do however reccomend that you cut out all caffiene from your diet. It has a trremendous amount in each pill and I know I got headaches from so much so I had to cut out all caffiene except for maybe one caffienated beverage a day. You have to eat right and exercise too. It doesn't do all the work for you, nothing will, you have to contribute something too.

We don't need all these drugs to help us loose weight. All u need is a good cardio workout and healthy meal plans.
