Is she spayed? Sometimes spayed dogs need to be given a hormone pill, if they start leaking urine. This is usually seen in older dogs (8+), though. She may also have a UTI - urinary tract infection. If you have a regular vet, call - they may just need you to bring a urine sample in to test. With female dogs, it is easiest to take her out on a leash, and when she squats, put a clean aluminum pie plate under her stream. Put that in a clean jar with a lid & take it in to the vet. Good luck!

Has she been spayed?
In many females who have been spayed they can have some incontinence problems. Most times it is only a small amount of urine and the good news is they have a medicine that will control it.
Go to the vet and talk with them about it. They can give your dog pills. They are propalamine some are called ProIon I think.
It will take some time to get the dosage right but they work and as long as you give them every day ot every other day you will not have problems. It will take a month or more to get the dosage right so have some patience and hang in there. Do not put the dog down it is an easy to fix problem and a common one.

take her to the vet and see if she has a UTI(urinary tract infection ) or it could be she is submissive and wets a bit when she is excited. If she is only 3 normally it isn't anything that would require Euthinasia maybe just some antibiotics.

If she's leaving damp spots where she's been lying, she probably has spay incontinence. The good news is that this is usually easily fixed with hormone pills.
