If you paid with a credit card, contact your cc company and have them dispute the claim. In most cases they will reverse the charges and your money will be refunded. If you didn't pay with a credit card, contact the BBB and see if there are any claims against the company and if so, file a report with them.

Yeah that' s your statutory right. If something is crap send it back. however if there is nothing physically wrong with it, such as if you have just gone off the colour, then shops don't HAVE to take it back, its down to there discresion.
