I'm a science graduate, and I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder.
Every time I sit at a desk in an office, I start freaking out, and moving filing cabinets and stuff without asking anyone!
I just feel really stuck in this lifestyle, and I think I need GOD to help me out of it!
lol ;-)

I use the free computer resources at the library and community centre. If it wasn't for those, I'd be completely isolated. :)

There are loads of jobs. Just don't be lazy or think I don't want to do that. Once your in a job you'll find getting a better job easier.
And you get paid!!
Even if you work a week and only make £10 more then being on the dole at the end of the day it's still £10.
Get into the work idea, I like my work now. But had some sh1t jobs before I got where i am now.

You are not a tramp just because your on the dole and have debts and having you rent paid, you have such a low opinion of yourself and that is one of the first things you need to work on, you need some confidence and some help for your post traumatic stress too, have you spoken to a doctor about it, had counselling, OK it sounds rubbish but it really does help and the sooner you get that sorted out the sooner you will be able to focus on a future for yourself, have you had a word with the DSS about getting some sort of incapacity benefit whilst you are able to go out and get yourself a job, I think you really need to talk to someone about your post traumatic stress first and foremost and hopefully everything will fall into place for you, good luck.

I feel genuine empathy for and with you. Some of the above answers are just plain insensitive but then again, it is something that is to be expected here I suppose.
The advice I would give to you is just the same as Cubalishu (hope I got that right!) already told you in the only answer that warrants reading amongst the above.

Try hotel work as they provide live-in accommodation and the company would do you good. You have my deepest sympathies - I know exactly what it is to be broke - like loads of debt, no food, nowhere to stay - with a lot of determination and a lot of help, I managed to get out of the rut somehow. Do you know, I prayed a lot - try it and I am not a religious nutter. Good luck - let me know how you got on and if you want any advice post it on here and we will all try to help. xxxx

I would talk with a therapist, then a life coach. There are free services out there.
