You want to chew your food well so that you can get the most nutrition out of it. Fiber is the best. It will help lower your cholesterol, and keep things moving! Eat Lots!

It doesn't matter how much you chew your food. Fiber is digested in your intestines and the type of fiber (soluble or insoluble) will determine how fast it runs through your system. Soluble is digested more finer than insoluble therefore, you want insoluble in order to get "things going". Good luck!

fibre or no fibre, you should always chew your food.
fibre helps the food pass through the digestion process faster and more easily. It prevents constipation too. therefore, it plays a vital role in the digestion process.
Even if the fibre becomes paste, it will still work, because inside (microscopic level), the fibre is still there.
