Before any of the below is started: are you okay'd by the MD to do it. Get some blood work done to set the baseline for improvement. In 90 days those numbers will really change!
A cleanse of the body can be included into the new food. or "intake" Cranberrys, lime/lemon water, cucumbers, blueberries, olive oil and apple cider vinager. These are great consumables, green tea is okay, yet it must be hand boiled and have a slight texture, most folks won't like that taste. No sweetner, that effects the chemicals. The stuff we drink is okay, but just as healthy as black tea for you. Its just a sales job~ really.
A toxic cleanse is best prior to a diet, yet if the "diet" is hard enough, then just incoprate it a month or so into it the new routine
Their are tons of packages of kits to help you out. I would actually do the ($30-100) three day total cleanse and one week/two week follow up. Realize that a harsh cleanse means lots of time in the bathroom, so please allow for that and realize that it often makes us very moody as well. I always did my cleanses during my period~ I was already moody and in the bathroom. LOL
Before you start get used to consuming a gallon of water a day, that is the "mode of transportation" per say for the toxins to leave your body. [through your urine, bowels and skin (breakouts) for at least a two week period]
SO don't do this cleanse the week before a wedding or photo shoot. I would encourage walking, and any activity that increases sweat and be prepared to SWEAT and it will be gross, so wear white and bleach them, your pillowcases to underwear/socks will have the toxic outcast of the body. If you have a big event it must be a month or 6 weeks prior to it.
At Spa's their is a wonderful body wrap "Set you Free" that is muslin soaked herbs wrapped your entire naked body in it and ask to be left to lay for 45-60 minutes(longer is better). Under or wrapped in a heated blanket to open your pores and absorb the herbs. Its like being a mummy and it can be freaky the first time, so bring a headset of your favorite music. Prior to the wrap, Wash the morning of with only liquid (no perfumed soap) exfoliate if you have time. No underarm deterant , oils or any lotion. Those are chemicals.

Their is a little book, phamlet (100 pages or so)really "the Master Cleanser" (health food stores- no Barnes and Noble) that if you follow it your system will really change in the next 120 days and its just amazing how your bosy will work and skin will look as well.

Well, Things like salt, sugar, fats, and preservatives kind of act like drugs after awhile and your body becomes dependant on them out of habit. Really cleansing your body of toxins can help rid your body of certain cravings you might have which can help you stay on a diet.
There are many different ways to detox. It is important to flush out your liver as well as your colon. There are spas who whole purpose is body cleansing… but for me, I would check a health food store for a good detox system and drink a lot of water and tea.

Go to a health food store, there are natural means to do this in the right doses, instead of just guessing & taking metimucil for a month & making yourself sick...

are u dumb? does this sound natural to you? what toxins? how do u clean them? My friend these are just ways to screw u out of your money. Just eat a health diet, exercise and do stress reduction thats all.

you can get a colonic. they are expensive but they will clean out your system from the bottom up!!
