Oh dear!

Your best bet is to work with a physician or a detox center. And get a few friends to help boost you through the hard parts of recovery.

Good luck!

I was also addicted to Adderall. After 9 months on it I decided I had to stop. I may still have ADD but I don't need it and you don't either.
If you currently have a prescription at home start weaning yourself off. Cut down the dose by half for one week, then cut down to 1/4.
Amphetamines are VERY physically & mentally addicting. The longer you are on them, the harder it is to stop. You really should stop now.
It is not easy at all but just tell yourself you are going to stop, wean off, and try your best not to think about it the drug.
Also look up on the internet how many people have died from them or have heart failure from it, maybe that will help.
VERY hard but VERY possible to stop!
