Depends how bad it is. Usually not more than a few weeks depending on how you sprained it. Hope it heals quick!

it depends on a lot of things, like if you have a bad knee, your age and your weight. It takes me about seven days to get over a sprain but I haven't had one for about two years. I am going to have to have a knee replacement one of these days I think.

Give it at least six weeks. Being the knee it will take longer as it is on a major joint. Try to keep the weight off it as much as possible. You may need to see a Dr or Physio if it takes longer.
