R U 21 pills really worked for me - you have one with every pint or every drink - I woke in the morning a little light headed but that's all - My mate's all took the pi*s while I took them, but I was the one laughing in the morning!

Why don't you try a different drink, I have been through them all and I have found that Vodka and fresh orange seems to be the best as the next day I never have a hangover because the vitamin C replenishes the water that you lose the night before

Since alcohol dehydrates the brain causing the classic 'hang-over', drink plenty of water after alcohol use and when hang-off symptoms occur. Too, a good Mexican restaurant may have a soup called Menudo. While the ingredients may seems distasteful to Anglos, the soup works. At least that is what my Mexican friends say.

I have personally never tried any of the hangover pills that they sell because if you read the box carefully it says they only work if you have only consumed 1-2 drinks. And 1-2 drinks wouldn't even phase me let alone give me a hangover.

Drink 3-4 glasses of water and a couple ibuprophen before bed, you should wake up fine, or at least the hang over will be reduced significantly.

NO. Try tomato juice to make you feel a bit better or an egg sandwich - its the protein apparently.

Next time try drinking vodka - hasn't got so many chemicals so u won't feel as bad the next day.

I totally believe in taking tons and tons of water as soon as you get home. It certainly helps. As you say, arriving home in that state water is not on the top of the list of things to do! I would have a bottle of water beside your bed ready and waiting!

hangover's are mainly the result of dehydration...drink lots of water before engaging and at the end of a bindge...also..the more "coloring" a beverage has, the harder it is for your system to "break-down" ...stick with clear liquir, like a high end vodka and avoid cheap booze with carmel coloring like whiskey or red wine...good luck
