First I was going to say "Probably, but landing is a real pain". Although they probably use their feet along with their tail as a rudder.

Sure (its the wings that they use to fly but some kinds of birds need to have a running start to get up their speed in order to take off.) but I don't think that they'd be able to land very well without them!

birds that use their feet are walking not flying!!

im sure that its not the flying that they need feet for, but the landing..
