Use a balm which is oil based and produces warm heat when applied like tiger balm, vicks or the likes. Best is those balm for bruises from sport activities. Take a small amount, apply onto bruised area, massage gently and try to follow the direction of your veins so that the blood clot from the burst veins will slowly "melt" and speard. This will lighten the colour and speed up the rate it dissapeears (usually will be entirely gone in 2-3 days). You may repeat this every hour provided you are gentle and the the mark will ligthen up more. Trust me, it works 100%.
Another option to prevent it from happening again is to kiss your girlfriend everytime she stops talking.

Put a spoon in the freezer for about 10 minutes or so, then massage the spot/spots with it. It hurts, but helps... Sometimes this works, sometimes not...
Also, try liquid foundation that your girl uses--it might help cover up the bite marks!

Good luck!
