Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

The Biblical prophecies say that in the end times, Israel would become a nation again. That happened in May of 1948. This is the generation.

If you believe in the bible, all the signs of the end are all around us...wars, rumours of wars, disease, pestilence.
But the problem is that these same signs have plagued human kind since time memorium.
So, yea, the world could end today or we might be at this for a while.

Many people think so because of the wars that are going on , but the bible says that the Antichrist must rise first and become a world power. so we have some time left.

Amiram a's answer is good, when we die the world for us ends, so we need to be ready for what comes after at all times.
I think that world will end in the next 25 years or so.

The euro is becoming the money of more countries. Natural disasters seem to becoming more and more frequent and our world is full of sin, which is becoming more accepted instead of not tolerated. And yes........... these are mentioned in Revelations as signs in the end times. I'm not prophesying at all. I'm just becoming more aware of what is around me and it's frightening.

I don't think the world is gonna end soon at all.
The signs aren't there. Where's all the wars? According to the bible, it is a time of upheavel!
These times can be hard, but that aren't the worst. Remember WW2-those were real times of trouble.
The world will end someday, but not today, nor tommorrow.

The world of me and you will end soon, because we will die.
Human civilization as we see it today will die soon enough to, because of the objective reasons rooted in our consumption-productive way of life and co-existence with the nature and the changes it the global gene-fund. But i doubt human race will be swept off the planet - somehow 'people' will survive changed both physically and intellectually.
