I found some speakers on the internet for my car. They are Pyle,model PLTA8N, 8" 400 Watt amplified sub woofers. Are they decent?

No. If you want some cheap decent 8" woofers look at resonant engineering model re. Those go for very cheap on ebay and are very good for the money. You should look in ascendant audio assassins as well. Very good for your money too.
