Is there any way to do it online?? This person hires illegally international students to work for her, makes them work, never pays them and gets them in trouble.

They are international students, they are studying there and they are legally doing that. But she makes them work for her with the promise of extra money which is totally illegal. My sister is in that situation and she called, this person made her buy a few things and has never paid her in addition to her salary. She's an exchange student there.

I have never heard of illegally international students?
If you care so much call INS and give them a formal claim.
you will probably not want to do it on line if your reason is to stay anonymous because they will track your UPI.
