I was recently hit from back and i have filed a claim with the isn co and basically told them i was not hurt, but now i am having back spasm is it to late to inform the ins and go to therapy.

No, but call the ins co. right away. As long as there hasn't been any formal settlement of your claim.

Depends on how long it has been since the accident and the severity of the accident. Some states have a very short statute of limitations. In TN, it is one year. In a nutshell, this means you have one year to sue. Depends on what state you live in. If it is a few weeks after the accident and you still haven't seen a doctor, the ins company will review any medical records you present very closely. If it is a severe accident, they will be more willing to work with you. If it is a scratch on the bumper, probably not so much. Call the insurance company first and see what their stance on the situation is.

Depends on how long but in Ohio you have up to 2 years to file against the insurance company for bodily injuries.It is very hard to fight for and even get if you haven't seen a doctor within 1-2 weeks tops after the accident.
