Everywhere that there is anger. Everywhere that people exist. People are often angry. People are often violent.

Why is the question only "the american nation"?

Violence among humans is in school, the workplace, the streets, in homes, and in cars on the road.

There is even violence going on in nature. Every thunderstorm, tornado, volcano, hurricane, and strong wind is a show of violence. Animals kill and eat each other. This is often violent. Horses rear up and fight.

Selfishness causes violence. Somebody wants something for themselves and they *violate* the space of another person in order to get what they want.

It happens in cities and in rural areas around the world.
