Go immediately to your nearest diner, the grosser the better, order the unhealthiest thing on the menu, and a big glass of water. And tell the waiter to keep the water coming.

That's what I do and I'm good within the hour :) grease/rehydration is hangover magic.

After I have had a wee amount of coffee its all about the fried foods. I always fix my husband and I an omelet with extra cheese, bacon and toast. The toast always has honey on it. (sugar helps to get the alcohol out of our system and the bread soaks it up) I think anything fried or with cheese works the best.. I know .. FRIED CHEESE STICKS. Yum. I will have to try that next time I go off the deep end drinking again.

Sorry, Can't really help. I usually can't keep anything down for most of the day, then when it finally goes I eat weetabix with a good amount of sugar then go back to bed.
Then a can of Coke and some paracetamol and brufen.
I'd love to be able to face a good fry up when hung over, but I can't stop vomiting.... waste of good food.

Something nice and salty... Fry-ups are obviosuly a very good option, but if it's a serious 'can't leave the house' hangover then it has to be marmite on brown toast.

Not munchies food mate. Fry up - Lots of bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomatos, beans, toast and plenty of cups of tea. The best traditional cure. But if you want something lighter - bananas.
