that you find on the inside of your freezer door. that states how long the chicken and veg. are aloud to be kept in the freezer. can you tell me if it is weeks or months? mine only shows the number and the tipe of food.

It is definitely months. It might be a good idea for you to start using up some of the stuff from the bottom and let it run down so you can start from scratch and do it again just in time for christmas.

Months but a put a turkey in at the beginning of November and when I got it out for Christmas it was dead.

IT'S MONTHS BUT ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR BUTCHER WHERE YOU GOT THE MEAT THAT IT HASN'T ALREADY BEEN FROZEN. IF IT HAS THEN YOU CANNOT REFREEZE. also LOOK ON THE PACKAGING AS SOME THINGS CAN BE STORED BEYOND THE GUIDELINES IF THEY ARE FULL OF PRESERVATIVES.
