Cos it has had oxygen added and is more airy

I just grated some... mine tastes the same.... Never heard of this nor did I think oxygen changed flavor.... interesing.

If you are using an aluminum grater they release a metal taste into almost everything.. stay away from cooking with aluminum as well..VERY dangerous ! Happy grating : )

when you grate it the cheese become smaller and the cheese won't taste that strong anymore :)
