We use a Digisender box to send Sky to 3 TVs & still use the Sky remote.

You can get them from Argos.

We have a little black box that comes with a second remote and just sends the signal, you can't watch different channels but it only cost about £15 from B&Q. I advise it, its well worth it compared to the £100 upgrade from Sky!!

approximately 3 years in the past we had a unit noted as " Digisendre". It became a transmitter unit that equipped in front of the sensor the television down stairs, and a reciever unit aimed in direction of the upstairs units sensor, all alerts from the distant have been sent as much as the different set by utilising WIFI.It did paintings, yet i think of there will be extra modern and extra useful units now on the marketplace.

You can get a gizmo that transmits the signal from the Sky box to another room. It will also replay remote control signals back.

Amazon do them:

Please note I am not reccommending this product as I have never actually tried it myself.
