recommended amount of fiber a day is 25-40gms. what if you take 60gms a day. is that bad?

excess fiber is very bad. It can clog your intestines .. and it will reduce the absoption of vitams and minerals. Just take the recommended amount

Too much fiber could be bad for ya! Man it will get ya running to the bathroom real quick. It cause abdominal pain and diarrhea. Those are probably the only side effect other than dehydration. So be careful.

Dont think it is bad for you but you will have to go to the bathroom a lot more LOL

yes it is an less a doctor told you to take that much allot of anything is bad
