ok so i so stuped last year i was a little thin girl i was only 125 and i fit into a 2 and now i'm one somthing and i fit into a 6 please give me some avice on how to get rid of this fat.

Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.

Ok well be prepared for people to say 6 isn't big...lol well I personally think it is, cause well I wear a 3, even after 2 kids....
mmmk well, you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day...cut out all the sodas, and sweets for the most part
Eat a seafood dish at least twice a week, cut out carbs as much as possible (tuna sandwiches are really good for lunch)
Eat plenty of veggies, don't have too much fruit because they carry tons on sugar on their own
Walk a mile everyday
and do pilates 3 days a week
thats what I had to do! Good luck, it's really not that hard =o)

honey i was in a size 2 before kids and now im a size 5-6 i was thin then and im thin now...your not fat if your in a size 6...dont put yourself down... if you have a little belly try sit-ups or changing your eating habbits...walk or ride a bike...anything to make you feel better about yourself...key to loosing wait is lots of water at least 8-8oz glasses a day...

Try exercise, a mixture of cardio and weights, this will help. Try cutting carbs and fat in your diet too.
