when me and my friends go out to do things they always want to go out to eat when they know im trying to lose wieght but i cant keep them from eating! but i seem to always give in! mostly when i do give in i try to eat sensibly but its just hard to resised,

I feel your pain. Traveling had a good answer, fill up on water, maybe eat a lo-cal snack like yogurt or fruit RIGHT BEFORE you go. Try to eat slower..concentrate more on the company & not on the food..GOOD LUCK, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

It's hard not to eat when people around you are eating. Try to fill up on water instead of sodas and other drinks when you all go out. You can order a small salad and make sure to get the lite dressing. This way you enjoy yourself but don't feel guilty later about what you ate.

I know how you feel, my children love to snack all the time. Just try water and maybe fruits or veggies when out. That way you wont mess up your diet. Self control has a lot to do with it too, but I know from experience that is very hard.

Well, if you know you and your friends are gonna go out so often, just get the smallest portion the restaurant offers, like a kids meal maybe. I just started college and the thing to do here is go out for ice cream. So instead of getting the biggest one, (like i want to), I just try and remember that i'll be back later, so there's plenty of time to try it all.

yeah just drink water or a diet pop and let them eat if you are wanting to loose your weight then it will not be so hard just think they are gaining and you will look good soon

just say no. only you can take control of what you do. instead of eating, have water. or just don't go out so often.
