Seems his age does concern you or you would not state he's quite a bit older (strike one), he has a girlfriend (strike two), being a high paid Doctor will attract many others (strike three) - I think you already know.......

no dont forget it . live life in your terms , not on other people's terms. the prob that he is older is covered up by the fact that he is a successful man. but your real prob is the girl friend. so what , life is always a competition dont give up without a fight.since you feel you both have a connection and the fact that he has not married his girlfriend even though he is past marriage age, proves a point that maybe he doesn't find the connection with her.
your chances seem to be better just dont give up, and dont sleep with him before marriage otherwise you gonna loose

The advice I'm about to give you has nothing to do with the age gap, I don't feel that 10 years is a huge gap.

Solely because he has a girlfriend, you should forget it. If he becomes single go for it, but for now he's taken for.

So what?Give it a go,you never know.Maybe he doesnt like the girl he's with,or maybe they're not happy together.Give it a shot. You have nothing to lose but lots to gain if he shows an interest. As long as he has no ring around his finger he's still quite available.10 years is not much of a difference in age.As long as you guys have common interests and good chemistry.Good luck with that!

I had a girlfriend 9 years younger with no issues relating to our age gap at all. If you both have the connection don't let it be a problem because unless you make it one it shouldn't be, this is my experience anyhow. The fact he has a girlfriend or wife is a different matter to consider however...

Obviously you can't really do anything if he's got a girlfriend at the moment. If his current relationship doesn't last then talk to him about your feelings. You could do this now but he might not have the same feelings and he may reject moreso because he's going out with someone.

Just let "nature' take its course. if he is interested in you, he will make a move. If you are truly interested in him, just be around but not too forward.

Older men Do have advantages over guys closer to you in age. They are more mature, usually have better incomes and more experience in pleasing a woman.

But if married to him, you will be a widow longer.

Enjoy it for what it is,promise nothing, expect nothing, love and be loved. As long as your treated right and nobody gets hurt, live your life and learn from it.You have a long way to go,its a great adventure.

theres not a lot you can do if he is happy with his girlfriend. you would need to probe further to find this out. if he is happy then leave well alone and find someone else who is available and can spend lots of attention on only you.

10 years is not a problem, the fact he is cheating on his GF with you is the problem.

All mean cheat, so accept that he will never be committed to you or dump him.
