Most of the answers are good.
They are partially right only.
You can in some cases increase your height up to age 30 and beyond.
As far as genetic aspects are involved, most of us have dormant genes that can surface and certain exercises may force/help bring them to surface.
Still no harm in trying cannot hurt, may help only.
The FEW thing I did at least help me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
Stretching exercises.
Find them on line.
Chin ups.
Full stretch type.
Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch rope climbing.
In other words do things that require stenching.

Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1s8 , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

Well um, I would recommend these exercises for someone lower in age, but, try these: EXERCISE 1: Lay flat on the ground on your belly. Then, put yourself in a position so that, Your back is curved, your whole legs and feet are faced down to the floor and your arms are straight out holding your chest up. Stay like that for a while. EXERCISE 2: Stand up against the a wall so that your back is touching the wall. Raise up your arms and stand on your tippy toes. Stay like that for a while. EXERCISE 3: Okay. The final exercise. Lay flat on the ground so that your face and chest are upward. Curl your hands back behind your shoulders and lift your knees up. Lift your self. This position that your in right now should look like your a table with your chest and abdomen being the table top.Stay like that for a while. Well I hoped I helped! Because right now I got a slice of pizza in the fridge thats calling my name!

Sorry, but heredity has it all decided. The best you can do is eat a healthy diet and hope for the best. It's said that the reason we're taller now than we were in previous generations is that we eat better now, so don't starve yourself.

your bones will stop growing by your late teens so whatever height you end up at is what you're stuck with. you can't grow any faster than your body will allow unless you use human growth hormone which your body already produces naturally.
