Green Tea will be your best bet. Milk should not be an issue. The problem is that lots of adults become lactose intolerant at some point because of the protein story. By the way: Add bitter melon to your diet. It's the best you can do for your body.

Herbal tea should not be drank with milk, It just ruins the flavour. Green tea's good for your health, but the new things are, wait for it:
White tea and Red tea....Oooo.....

Snapple sells some cold variety of it...

Actually all teas have some benefit for your health and there should be no problems drinking them with milk as long as you are not lactose intolerant.
