it started off like a pimlpe and then got bigger, it seems little bigger. its been there for a while..

anything that appears and then changes (color or size) should be seen by a doctor. Better he tells you it isnt anything to worry about than leaving it there in the hopes that it goes away and it turns out to be something bad. Go get it checked

If it is like a big pimple (with pus and everything inside) then it is an absess-like thing. Use a hot compress on it to get it to open and keep it clean and put hydrogen peroxide on it after it busts.
An absess would be painful.

Some skin conditions can be due to candida fungus overgrowth (yeast). It sounds worse than it is, but candida lives in our intestines. There is some basic info at www.hufa.org - the yeast link.

sounds like a boil. Ur Dr can remove it, sometimes they go away on there own.
