when i was younger for a contest I drank 2 liters of water and puked, so I doubt I could complete the gallon challenge.

mh!that is impossible.but am working with a guy who likes milk.he dont drink any liquid at work except milk.he drinks a half gallon of milk every day.

It's been proven time and again it is impossible to drink a gallon of milk in one sitting. Your body rejects it and you start to vomit.....alot!! Please don't try it unless you would like to give your friends a good laugh then I say go for it.
