Because of the osmotic properties, honey, maple syrup, molasses, corn syrup etc. will not spoil except for possibly getting mold on the surface. If it is kept sealed, it will not spoil.

Honey, when it is not mixed with anything else. Anyway, there is no such thing as NEVER EVER spoiling because all things made up organically spoil but honey lasts pretty long.

Twinkies.
I have had a box for 8 years and they are still fresh.
What the heck is in Twinkies that would make them have such a shelf life? If there is ever a nuclear war and I survive...to heck with all other food....I'm going to steal all the twinkies in stores.

it is honey.. pure honey . it should not be adulterated. there are proofs of the oldest honey may be several centuries it will not be spoil ed.... coz may be the process of the honey how it is collected by the bees. has the secret of its long lasting , and edible for ever....

i guess technically artificial sweeteners are a foodstuff and they will not spoil. but I am going with corn syrup.
