Friends with benefits. You need to talk to them. Sex with friends is great, but everyone needs to undertand the rules before playing.

:) I had one of those! And it was extremely confusing and frustrating. Although NOW we are a bit more but it took a while. These types of relationships are fine as long as you both are satisfied with it. If people ask just reply that you are close friends. If you are not ok with the relationship you need to talk to the person before it blows up in your face.

Think it's what they call "friends with benefits", you aren't romantically in love with each other but have sex with each other.
Never liked the term "just friends".
Of a friend & a lover, the one who by definition loves you is your friend.

Your friends cuz you like eachohters company, you want intimacy so you turn to your friend cuz you trust them and know them personally, but you dont want to commit to a relationship sp you decide to stay friends but still do the hanky panky when you are in the mood.
