Try doing peanut butter and applebutter or tuna salad with bread in different shapes that is used for cookie cut outs. Jello with fruit. Homemade pizza using biscuits instead of pizza dough. Just roll out the biscuits to flatten put on toppin and bake. Or wrap a half of hotdog and cheese in a biscuit and bake.

My daughter likes macaroni & cheese (Annie's is a great brand), and we make homemade pizza bagels. For pizza bagels, take plain mini bagels, cut them in half, and add sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of each. Pop in the toaster oven or regular oven (even the microwave in a pinch) until the cheese melts, and they are ready to serve! She also likes rice and peas with melted cheese on top. Good luck! It's not easy when the kids become picky eaters.
