I have a 20' Tv from JVC. Good quality but not as expensive as sony or samsung. Mine is two years old as of september 30th!

Panasonic Viera range of LCD Panel TV's do a 23 Inch version! It rocks! has 2 HDMI inputs on the back, and has about 4 years Future technology built in! Check it and the Reviews

Pioneer don't do any that small I don't think, but Sony and Panasonic are excellent.
