Talk to him nicely , but do not offend him..Offended man can sometimes be very dangerous.
Told him that you're curently not looking for someone/You already seing someone else..or you could told him that you think of him more like a brother and that you're more comfortable this way.
Men are used to rejection - If he keeps coming back and disturbs your privacy and the Police might be able to help you / Consult this matter to your familiy.

Tell him how you truely feel without being nasty, the truth will hurt sometimes but its better than lying to him to save him from getting hurt.
Just try not to fall out with him as you may end up falling for him in the future.

if your real serious about it a no tress pass order or an order of protection stating he is to have no contact with you. make sure before you do this that it is really over!!! if he is pestering you tell him to leave you alone or you will get the above orders. that should make him think. im not trying to be mean just informing you of you rights

Ignore all calls and texts until he gets the message. If he still doesn't get it then i agree with tommo, hit him with a frozen mackeral or maybe even try a tuna...they're a bit bigger

Tell him you have no feelings for him and that him pestering you makes you dislike him even more.
Then just ignore him, he'll get fed up in the end. Failing that get a guy you know to warn him off, even if its a relative he won't know!

cut him dead when you see him - ignore his calls texts etc
If after, say two weeks of treating him like this hes still persisting tell him in no uncertain manner that if he continues to contact you that you will be reporting him to the police for harrassment.
That should do the trick!

just tell him straight, tell him you dont want any girlfriend-boyfriend relationship! If he doesnt leave you alone after that then avoid him and keep friends close by if you need any extra confidence!! GOOD LUCK!! ;)
