You should steam your face for at least half an hour. Put boiling water in a bowl and put a towel over your head. It is hard to bare but stick with it as it will help and will relieve the pain, especially if you do it a few times a day. Ask the pharmacist for advice, they will recommend something for you there are lots of things on the market. It will clear up eventually on it's own, there is no quick fix I'm afraid.

Get some menthol crystals from the chemists. Use as directed follow instructions. These are as decongestant so you will need to take paracetamol or something similar for the pain.
If the pain persists then a trip to the doctors would not come amiss. You may have a sinus infection and therefore you would need a course of antibiotics to clear it.
Whilst I am not a great believer in antibiotics is was the only thing that helped clear my hubby's painfull sinuses up.
Hopefully you find reflief from the pain. lol

Inhalations are great, like with Vicks, or a handfull of peppermint tea in boiling water and towel over head. For persistant sinus pain, you can try flushing the sinus daily with salt water, using a thing called a neti pot. Yoga studios may be able to help you find one of these.
The sinus is like an air cavity, but with persistant inflamation it fills with fluid which can become infected. Antibiotics can work, but often dont. With these natural remedies you need to do it daily for a couple of weeks
Also try self massage on the sore ares.
Acupuncture works wonders and can provide instant relief
Good luck out there

Well, firstly and obviously, the pain is a symptom and not the "disease" itself. Another symptom you can easily check it the color of your sinus mucus. Just blow your nose and look to see the color. If it is a yellowish or greenish color then you have a sinus problem. Most likely an infection. You need to deal with the cause of the disease and then the symptom will hopefully go away with a little treatment. If you have an infection antibiotics always work the quickest. Here in the US, or at least my Doctor, tends to recommend flushing of the sinuses with saline solution along with taking antibiotics. Drug stores carry these saline solutions. One that comes to mind is called Ocean. There are also many generic brands. You can also make the saline solution yourself. Just ask the Pharmacist or Doctor for the recipe. Hope this helps but my best recommendation is to call your Doctor. Good luck

My ENT prescribed Guaifenesin 600mg tablets. Two tablets twice a day. I had horrible sinus headaches for years. Some so severe I ended up in the ER. Sudaphed only worked for a few minutes and nasal spray just opened my nose so I could breath. I havnt had a problem for almost three years now. When I start to have an allergy attack I start taking the Guaifenesin and it clears up my sinuses. It also keeps my chest from getting congested. A tip: the more water you drink with this medicine the better it works.

Avoid dairy products - I have no idea why but everyone i know with sinus it seems to help if they don't have anything dairy during an attack. Take some pain killers like ibuprofen - reduce the swelling. Be careful if taking lemslip as it has paracetamol already in it so don't take any extra as you really don't want to overdose on that! Tablets for sinus tend to have paracetamol in them as well so check.
Steaming your face does help just boil some water up and put a towel over your head. There is something called contact 400 a tablet for colds that my dad get that is pretty good as well.
My advice is take nurofen and lemsip steam your face - go to bed and sleep or at least rest

I agree with Kendell C's reply above. What works fairly well for me is Mucinex-D, 2 tablets 2 times per day. These are non- prescription but are kept behind the pharmacy counter. It lessens the headache, clears my nose and chest somewhat and just makes it easier to deal with chronic sinusitis pain. I will take Ibuprofen as well if the pain is still that bad. I, too, have been in the ER for those bad sinus headaches.
If you have the time, steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil helps as does warm compresses over your sinuses. Good luck!

Take Kali Bich (Homoepathic Remedy) ideally in 200 potency. You should be able to get from health food store in a 6c potency which you would need to repeat every 1hr or if you get the 200 take 3 over 24 hrs. Or from a Homeopathic pharmacy online (Nelsons, Ainsworths or Helios)
works fantastically

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Let me know if you find the answer. There does not seem to be one. Paracetemol works as well as anything by reducing the inflammation and widening the airways. The sprays are a bit expensive and do not seem to work very well.
Alcohol makes it worse. Non alcoholic ginger wine sipped (not snorted up your nose) is as good and short lasting as the inhalations. Avoid Olbas Oil. This is an irritant and can make it worse.
