No, Your knees toughen up after awhile. Especially, after having to fall so frequently for all the lost souls on YA. God Bless!!

I'm a christian, but I've never prayed like that. I just talk to God in my mind, and my words speak louder than my body position.

actually, they dont have to 'fall' to their knees. it is enough to get down on them in a leisurely and joint preserving kind of way...

and no, once down it is quite easy to maintain. you see... knees are designed for kneeling, although in my opinion not for religious reasons.
