U ever heard of Over-hydrating?
Coz I think it might B what has happened, try 2 slow down on the water intake, C if that helps.

I think you are imagining this. You can't go from having a slim face to a chubby one in one week. You also can't lose a pot belly from drinking water in one day. Fat distributes throughout the body differently in different people. The only way to lose fat, is to eat less calories than you use. It will take you more than a week to lose fat in your body. I suggest eating low calorie, low fat foods, and exercising a hour everyday.

Maybe you could try exercising. When I do, the first place I lose weight is in my face. Try it for 2 months. Good exercise and healthy foods.

if you eat salt you will hold water. And, the first place to show you're gaining weight is in the face. It will all equal out fine, don't worry about it.

like some1 else said drink water but not excess becoz ur body will consume wats required and will discard the rest...its mayb due to the excess water u drank ur face must have swollen...facial excercise should help!!

sometimes as we mature ,so does our body, the best thing is to keep active, watch what you eat and drink,your face did not become chubby over night and its not going to disappear over night

try this......try n forget about the problem!......tell yourself everyday that"im hansom".......eat breakfast..lunch n dinner....dnt eat inbetween snacks..
