Hi. You must learn to "read between the lines" of what he says. Notice where he always takes the conversation. Pay attention to the subjects he seems to want to talk about the most. Notice if his questions are about your feelings or interests, or, are they about your body or sexual desires. Does he show a sense of compassion and kindness, or, does he seem to talk more about himself? You are a smart woman. You only have a few clues, but they are enough to give you a picture of who this man really is if you are awake to follow them. And above all, trust your instincts. If you feel uncomfortable with him, there is a good reason.

You say sometimes so i'm guessing that you guys have met in person and have a relationship outside the web so the more you are with him the more you see and learn who he really is, but if you haven't and only occassionally talk on the internet i guess you take the risk of never knowing.

You can never truly know a person by chatting or talking. The only way to get to know a person is by meeting them, and doing things together, in person. Sometimes even after marriage, a person never really knows who they're with... People are too complex, it takes a lot of time, and you have to grow together.

most of them aren't true anyways... You can't trust them unless u meet him in person. True love on the net isn't for everyone. My guess is your american bf is just leading you on.

You have to either trust him or move on but just like you probably lie to him he probably lies to you it is just human nature unfortunately
