making a market survey concerning the expatriates.

Bon Chance, Mon Ami! If I were you, I would make up baskets of your products and send them to various Consulates, select Corporations and the local "gentry" (Police dept., military bases,etc.); Prior to that, though, I'd send each location a beautiful card announcing your new endeavor and advising that you will be sending sample items "personally" on specific days; because of the ongoing threats of "Terrorism", unless you advise in advance what's coming and possibly adding an RSVP asking them to advise you if they "DON"T" want you to deliver/send food, your precious goods may end up "blown up" or tossed for fear of poisoning or planted bombs; You'll probably have to go through a security clearance (and your employees as well), so, if I were you, before hiring anyone, do your own "check" with the local authorities to make sure no one is on a "suspect" list.
