We know it's "the broth" but, in India: too many cooks spoil the curry. In America: Too many cooks form the senate. In Britain: Too many cooks form The Labour Party. In Iraq: Too many cooks cause a bigger revolution than in Saddam Hussein's time. Who are the real spoilers here?????
